Ingredients:

- Wheat flour or Pine Nut Flakes flour - 200 g

- Sugar - 100 g

- Eggs - 2

- Milk - 120 ml

- Melted butter - 80 g

- Baking powder - 1 tsp

- Salt - to taste

Instruction: Preheat the oven to 180° C. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar. In another bowl whisk eggs and sugar. Add milk and melted butter to egg mixture and mix well. Gradually add dry flour mixture to liquid, stirring gently with spoon. Dough should be smooth and slightly thick. Melt honey sticks. Add melted honey to dough and mix thoroughly. Spoon dough into muffin tins, filling two-thirds full. Bake muffins for 20-25 min until risen and golden. Allow muffins to cool in tins before removing and serving. Enjoy!
